The boys invented Brother's Day.. sleepover, followed by breakfast of bacon and raspberries in bed, and, later in the day, ice cream sundaes. It almost fell apart late on July 7th, as Jack wanted to sleep, and Misha to party. Around 10:20, Misha called me up to the room to tell me that he had only been joking, and the Brother's Day was Not Real. Jack replied: Misha, I love you very much, you're the best brother in the world, but please, please let me sleep. I warned them to go to sleep right away, Misha then called me over with an urgent whisper" Mummy, mummy! what was July 8th before it was Brother's Day?
The day itself went very well, lots of mutual adoration.
